Precision Porcelain Façade Installation
At Beirut–Rafic Hariri International Airport, Arcus Solutions’ scope for Middle East Airlines’ Staff Services & Recreational Building covers approximately 5,000 m² of mechanically fixed porcelain façade cladding.
Working alongside main contractor MAN Enterprise, with architectural design by Joe Farah, our team brings specialist installation expertise to this large-scale project.
The façade features an invisible clamp system, securing the porcelain panels to an aluminum substructure using concealed stainless steel 316 clips. This approach maintains clean architectural lines while keeping the fixation concealed.
Panel preparation combines dedicated slotting equipment with Italian water bridge cutting machines, supporting accurate cuts, consistent grooves, and precise alignment throughout the installation.
